Reasons; World is now changing rapidly. bc of future shortages, govt will prioritize resources going to Thai people. Many foreigners with money will want to escape their own countries and come to Thailand. Phuket will be a hub for the rich, bc the middle class and poor will no longer be able to afford to travel. Thailand does not want this future income to go to foreigners, they want it to go to Thais. Business will be strictly Thai owned, and land will be strictly Thai owned.
